#BareOddsSessions in The Ungasan, Bali
Jeffry Kathrin
08 February, 2020
Wedding preparations have never been easy on everyone, including Jeffry and Kahtrin. They admitted that there were a lot of stress factors during the preparation, the overloaded guest list is one of them. They intended to have only 250 guests on their list because their chosen venue can only accommodate 250 guests, but when they looked at their list, it was more than 350 guests. What should they do? How can they narrow down their list? Which people should they crossed off? Then, the pandemic hit Indonesia. Travels were banned, their guests started canceling their RSVPs one by one. At the end of the day, their guest list shrunk to the exact number of 250 people. Some people may call it lucky, but they call it a blessing in disguise.
It was a beautiful elegant rustic wedding, with a touch of brown and soft pink color in every little detail of their wedding. It was full of memorable moments, both the holy matrimony and reception. Although there were many nail-biting moments on their wedding day, she didn’t turn into a bridezilla, Kathrin could keep her mind cool. Her secret to fully enjoy her wedding day is to have the right state of mind which for her is to surrender all to God. With that state of mind, whatever happened during that day, you know everything is going to be okay and nothing can ruin your mood. Despite all the flaws that happened on their wedding day, they regret nothing because they feel like they have done the best they could for everyone, and they couldn’t ask for more!
